The grape comes from the KEFRÉN vineyard in Baños de Ebro. The average yield was 3.000 kg/ha.

Wine making
Fermentation at controlled temperature.

Aging
18 months in American and French oak barrels with no more than 4 years of use. 18 months more in the bottle.
